I came back next afternoon and as soon as I turned in the driveway I saw a black shiney f150 f x 4 windows down sun roof open ready to roll at the front door. it was perfect just what I wanted it was mine be for I took the test drive. nick showed me blue book quotes on line to prove I was getting a great deal and worked with his sales manager mr.nick rusk to make sure I was happy with the deal. about a hour later after 2 more FIRM hand shakes from nick and nick I was smiling as I drove out in my new truck! thank you MR.NICK AND MR.NICK CARL B More

I've purchased many cars over the years and worked with some decent salespeople. But I have never worked with someone as genuinely nice as Ryan Keebler. This was hands down the easiest and most enjo with some decent salespeople. But I have never worked with someone as genuinely nice as Ryan Keebler. We had some special circumstances and not only did Ryan make us feel like it was no big deal, he really made it no big deal! I have a feeling we'll be replacing our other vehicle sooner than we planned just to get a chance to work with Ryan again. 1. Junior Hammond was awesome to work with. He allowed me to drive the first Mazda 3 GT that had just been unloaded off the truck... this experience is what convinced me I wanted a Mazda 3. He followed up with me when the model/options vehicle arrived. His non pressure yet very informative personality was definitely not a "sales job". I would characterize it as a relational experience. He engaged my wife in the process, was personal, appropriately humorous and generally very knowledgeable and authentic. I was impressed with the teamwork between he and Todd (mgr) and George(finance mgr.) Junior also went above and beyond to personally detail our car since the service shop was already closed for the day (Saturday). He had even offered to come in on his day off to accommodate my busy schedule so that my wife and I could test drive our car. 2. Todd Jacquay did a great job of getting us the right numbers/deal to make the sale a "no-brainer" He also was low key, and very personal and pleasant to work with. 3. George Brothers kept us engaged with his humor and pleasantries during what could have been a grueling process of completing the morass of financial paperwork. He made sure that we fully understood each step of the process. 4. Sam Moun was kind enough to allow my wife and I test drive the car we bought the day before even though Junior was not working that day. I was concerned about maintaining the integrity of the sales/client relationship... his comment was..."we help each other out here". Obviously there is a strong core value of "team" and customer experience vs. transactional encounters and personal one-up-manship sales. 5. The CAR!!! I was driving a 1997 Mazda B2300 pick up as my main vehicle, more than 600 miles per week the past 2 years... This Mazda 3 is off the charts in my book! Awesome power / tech / looks /comfort... it epitomizes the "zoom zoom zoom" ! Junior and the car was the key to this experience! We had looked at the CX-5 several times and each time Sam was nice and never gave us any sales pressure. He was always accommodating and friendly. Sam never once said "What can we do to get you into this car today" or any other sales gimmick. He let us come to the decision to buy the CX-5 in our own time. That was very much appreciated. Sam's treatment of us was one of the reasons we bought the CX-5. Experiences we had at other dealerships was less then stellar. All new cars get you from point A to point B in relative safety and comfort. All things being equal, you not only buy for the product, but you buy from people. Sam is good people.
