We shopped around for two weeks and I had 5 salesman cards in my wallet. We test drove 5 cars on their lot, and left and came back, and Jeremiah was patient and never pushed us. Ultimately, a suggestion he had made early in the process was the car we bought in the end. Then I met everyone else, and everyone is friendly. They make sure you know where the service center is and everything. Nothing to dislike here, worth the visit. More
We had a great experience with Nick Sheets and Matt Tillapaugh. They were both every efficient and friendly. Also very knowledgeable. I saw a car I was interested in on their website, and called them about it. Eric had it ready and waiting for me, he was very outgoing and forthcoming about the car. The only complaint I had was the car was priced at the mint end of retail value; but the car that had a dented rear quarter panel, a missing rear view mirror, and the drivers window didn't roll up. None of these were critical damage to the function and performance of the vehicle, the drive train has no issues. But they were issues that should have devalued the car more than they did. More

My questions usually go beyond the normal as I retired as an Environmental engineer and a former car technician. In every case, Sam was up to the task. The sales force in general were also very helpful. The whole experience was relaxed and non- pressuring, These are things that I like about this dealership! I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically Sam Moun. Did I also mention that the service department has always been polite and professional with me during my visits with my previous car, also a Mazda. More

I went to O'Daniel to upgrade from a Subaru Forester to something with third row seating to accommodate my family. Nick Sheets greeted my mother-in-law and I, and instantly made us feel relaxed. He got me whatever vehicles I requested to see and let me drive without coming along and hovering in the back seat (as has been my usual experience at other dealerships). That alone time gave me a chance to really take in the vehicles and made all the difference in me purchasing. I never felt any pressure from him one way or the other, which was great. He kindly suggested I take a look at the Ford Flex, even though I had test driven one at another dealership and didn't like it. He was not pushy, only informative. Because of him, my family feels comfortable and relaxed in our new (used:) Flex. We've taken it out of town twice in the first month and had a very smooth ride. George and Todd were very easy to work with and accommodating. Our entire experience was phenomenal and unlike anything I've ever experienced before.
