Enter Heinrich Hilger, who responded to our email request for more information on a particular vehicle. This man should win awards for exceptional patience, service and dedication! Seriously! After a week of communication, we finally had time to come out to the dealership and look at the vehicle. He had it sitting out front when we arrived, ready for a test drive and knew us by name when we walked in the door without ever having met us. The customer service was beyond amazing, they were incredibly friendly and patient with all of our questions and issues and when we changed our mind several times about what we were wanting to look at, whether the color, the features, or the model they didn't seem at all irritated. They answered all of our questions completely and when we mentioned that we weren't sure if we were going to buy the vehicle, that we were just getting all of the information needed, they weren't pushy at all. We worked with Matt at the beginning and he got all of the information together that we requested and spent quite a bit of time helping us out. A couple of days later, when we decided to make this huge decision and trade up, we worked with Sam and he was just as great. They both made all of this very easy and very pleasant. The Mazda 2014 6i Grand Touring was on my short list of mid sized cars after researching the top rated brands and ratings. My salesman, Jr. Hammond would always check with me while visiting for routine service. I could tell he really cared that I was happy with my CX9 and would do anything to help if needed. I did not need that extra help as the service was outstanding. I stopped in to finish my search for a midsize as stated. I had checked and driven the two other brands on my short list first so I would have a truly informed decision if I liked the Mazda 6. I have not had a 4 cyl car for years. I sought out Junior and had a frank conversation about the all new 6 and he demonstrated the high points that he thought would matter to me. I had no idea how improved this car was. A test drive and financials came next. This is why I took the time to write this review. You have to trust the folks you are dealing with once you find a car you like. Junior reviewed my research and figures; went over in detail what I was trading and exactly what I was getting with the new 6 so there were no unanswered questions of what I wanted. I expected and got the same professional buying experience this time as with the CX9 the last time. From demo, to purchase negotiation, to taking delivery......thank you Junior for taking care of me and the wife so well.
