What a breeze Ryan was the best ! I warned him up front that I was very picky. I wanted to drive a Cadillac but I didn't really know much about the different model Ryan was the best ! I warned him up front that I was very picky. I wanted to drive a Cadillac but I didn't really know much about the different models. Ryan was so knowledgeable about the CTS because he owns one. He knew all the different features and differences between models. After my test drive we chatted and never once did he pressure me or use ridiculous sales tactics. We didn't play the numbers game either. My family was so comfortable too. They watched TV and ate popcorn while we did the paperwork. I really felt like I was dealing with practical people...not normal salespeople. After they gave me the keys, we went outside and I noticed some marks on the paint. It was close to closing time but they didn't mind at all. They guy in the shop stayed after they closed to make sure the car was in top shape. He did an excellent job buffing the marks out. I could not be more thankful for the dedicated professionals at this dealership. I would travel an hour and a half to buy another vehicle from Ryan. I didn't know buying a car could be so easy !! They never made me feel pressured into buying anything, yet I kept them overtime on their weekends! Ryan is exceptional in his knowledge on each and every vehicle on the lot and goes out of his way to find an answer to every question I may have. He has extreme customer service skills and makes you feel like a close neighbor who cares instead of a well rehearsed sales representative. George is also very informative when you need help with financial jargon. He is great at explaining every piece of paper and taking the time to make sure you understand exactly what you are doing. It is very evident that even though both these men have had extensive training in their field, they have taken things into their own hands and done things beyond what they've been asked to do simply because they care and love what they do! I know this because every question I ask has an answer and if it isn't known right away, it is found. That is only done by people who care. Quality shows not only in the product, but by the people who stand behind it. I am standing behind them as well. Good job, gentlemen! More

Ryan is not a pushy salesperson, he takes into great consideration of your wants, needs, and price range. I am sure if he does not have what you are looking for, he will find it in a timely manner. We were looking for a used car for the daughter to drive for college. After seeing a couple advertised at O'Daniel my husband called and he talked to Ryan Keebler. I also talked to him and explained that my husband is disabled and would not be able to walk around the lot to look at the cars as it was December, very cold temps and snow on the ground. The kind man that Ryan is, offered to line them up together or to even put them in the shop where it was warm, we opted for the line up. We were to look the next day but a terrible Fog had rolled in that morning and he called us to see if we wanted to wait a day so that we could safely travel to Ft Wayne. I don't know of many salesmen who would be so considerate! We headed up the next morning and Ryan called to see if we were on our way, they would be starting the cars to have them warmed and ready to test drive. After test driving a couple, we had picked out the one we were interested in. Ryan worked really hard to get that car sold to us and we came within less than a hundred dollars and I was going to walk out that door. I am stubborn as hell & I was not giving 1 cent more then what I offered!! It took a lot of talking on both sides but I eventually left with that used car!! Not everyone's story can end like this one, but if you are in need of a vehicle, go see RYAN KEEBLER!!! More

When Matt wasn't there, I talked with Todd Jacquay. Very down to earth people. Todd helped me to understand the leasing end of the purchase, which helped me to choose the option that was right for me. It took about ten days for me to make up my mind. During this time, there was no phone calls to me. No pressure sales tactics. They just answered my questions and let me make my own choices.
