Junior drove out and picked up the vehicle and took it back to the Mazda dealership for us. We took it for a ride and Junior rode with us and told us about all the different features the car had. He was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and personable as always. I will recommend Junior to everyone I know because I know they won't get any better service anywhere. O'Daniel Automart/Mazda is very privileged to have an employee like Junior Hammond. An entirely pleasant, relaxed experience O'Daniel is definitely not what I expected. I was prepared for the typical high-pressure sales environment, and was surprised at, and appreciative of, O'Daniel is definitely not what I expected. I was prepared for the typical high-pressure sales environment, and was surprised at, and appreciative of, the laid-back atmosphere. Sam Moun was very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in my search for the right car. On my first visit, he stayed late so that I could test drive a Mazda3. He then provided info on the various models I was interested in, knowing I was planning to take all the info with me while shopping elsewhere, never once being pushy or aggressive. After shopping around (and encountering your typical car dealers), I was back. I eventually decided on the 5-door Mazda3 s Touring. I had done my own research, but the additional info Sam provided definitely helped solidify the decision. This is the first time I've purchased a car and been 100% confident that I've made a good decision. On a personal note, Sam Moun is by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He was very informative and knowledgeable, but was also friendly and seemed human, normal, and decent. He had a quiet confidence in the product as well, where he knew he was selling something great, where if I did my research I'd agree (and I did). Besides making the entire experience enjoyable, Sam stayed late two days for me, and also came in on his day off just to make sure everything was set-up perfect on my new car. The financing experience was also better than I've experienced before. Casey presented the various options, and explained them very well. Between sitting down to sign the financial documents and walking out, it was probably 15 minutes. The most painless contract signing I've had. Overall, a great experience. And, I'll be back in a few thousand miles for an oil change (significant because I've never dealt with a dealer I wanted to return to). More
