I call him that rather than a salesman because he never tried to "sell" us anything. Instead, he assisted us in finding a car that met our wants and needs. Nick Rust is not the usually what one encounters in a Sales Manager ... he managed the process FOR US. Each and every staff member was customer oriented, low key and professional. Very refreshing. The experience was actually quite refreshing and truly enjoyable. Who knew?! My wife and I would have no problem whatsoever in recommending the O'Daniel dealership to anyone. More

I've known ryan since 6th grade but had not talked to him in years so it was nice to catch up. He treated me the same way he treats everyone that walks in. No pressure, friendly, knowledgable, funny and respectful. After I purchased the truck and left the dealership is where I was very impressed. He gave me a shoutout on Facebook and told me if I have any questions or concerns to never hesitate to call or text him. I've since twice talked to him about a concern and he has taken care of both things no questions asked. Deserves every bit of recognition he is getting. Highly recommended. More
