Don't waste your time!!! We went in with the payoff for our vehicle. Our own financing. We also knew what the car we were buying was selling for. The salesman knew very little about the car we wanted. When it was time to "wheel and deal", he wouldn't negotiate at all. Like my husband said, " it was like we were at a buy here pay here place". By the way... Don't complain. The used car manager Nick has very little customer service skills! Will never buy from anyone that is just down right mean! More

THE BEST SALES EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN 30+ YEARS All of the people I worked with were very helpful and knew their product. I have been to several dealerships and was very disappointed in the level of service they offered. Sam Moun is the best salesperson I have encountered in a very long time. I came in to the dealership and Sam was on his day off. Heinrich Hilger and Nick Sheets stepped in and arranged a test drive and answered all of my concerns. The dealership was to close at 6:00 pm but they stayed on until almost 7:00pm and gave me some preliminary figures. Sam came in the next day and called me and finalized the deal. I just picked up my wife's new auto and couldn't be happier.Sam explained everything on the auto and paired my cell phone with it along with explaining all functions of the auto. Casey in the finance office was also very helpful and easy to work with. Overall a great buying experience. More

They made the experience actually enjoyable. My wife and I usually dread going car shopping because too many sales people are not really concerned about the customer, just the sale! This was completely the other way around and we could tell the difference. More

Very happy experience shopping for my new car! I believe everyone should make the effort to research a large purchase before committing. I got in touch with Junior Hammond almost 6 months ago with my interest in a new vehicle. Junior and I continued to communicate over the months to find exactly what I wanted. Then, in a matter of 24-hours, I had an opportunity to test drive and then purchase (drive away with) my new vehicle. I'm anxious to follow-up with any service calls! I'm sure I will receive the same great attention from service as I did from sales. More

They are up front and honest, and truly care about taking care of their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone! I can say the same thing about Casey and Andrea in the Finance Dept, as well as their Finance Director, Ryan Smith. This team is open and honest, and in no way presents themselves as high pressure finance sales people like you would find at other car dealerships. The O'Daniel dealership is to be commended for the high caliber of people they have on staff! More
