We spent several months online shopping, so that we could be very informed buyers. Between the two of us, we looked at thousands of vehicles over that time span and even took a few for test drives. It just so happened that we we both found a Chrysler Town and Country we liked at Odaniel Mazda. I decided to go take a look in person. She, on the other hand, was emailing back and forth with Russ Stanski from the sales team. They were extremely helpful to both of us. With their guidance, they helped us figure out that we were both inquiring about the same vehicle. They were very kind, informed, and offered little pressure. Finally we decided to purchase. They made that just as easy by working with us on the price and finding a bank in Maryland that would finance for a low rate. We've had the vehicle for a month now, and we couldn't be more thrilled. Without a doubt, Russ and the rest of the people on the Odaniel Mazda team will be the first people I contact when it's time for me to upgrade vehicles, of course something with a third row to accolade our growing family:) More

The Eric Smith experience Eric doesn't fit the "salesman" stigma at all. This guy was born with the gift of having effortless natural people skills. He had a calm determination to make sure I didn't walk out the door without me being totally satisfied with every single aspect of buying my first cash paid car that I had saved for quite some time. That entire experience to me was actually FUN. When I first met him it almost felt like we were already friends and I was just simply buying a car from him, which in turn made that other stigma of "dealerships" fade away. by the way, Eric should tell you about the "money in the glove box" story lol, stupid of me...funny to others. Anyway, I feel that I'm a good judge of character, and Eric embodies all the qualities that I think any salesman should aspire to. Thanks to Eric, I can drive my Supercharged GTP monster I've always wanted around my nice neighborhood without ducking blindingly under the dashboard in embarrassment while driving my old Neon.
