An entirely pleasant, relaxed experience O'Daniel is definitely not what I expected. I was prepared for the typical high-pressure sales environment, and was surprised at, and appreciative of, O'Daniel is definitely not what I expected. Sam Moun was very helpful and seemed genuinely interested in my search for the right car. On my first visit, he stayed late so that I could test drive a Mazda3. He then provided info on the various models I was interested in, knowing I was planning to take all the info with me while shopping elsewhere, never once being pushy or aggressive. After shopping around (and encountering your typical car dealers), I was back. I eventually decided on the 5-door Mazda3 s Touring. I had done my own research, but the additional info Sam provided definitely helped solidify the decision. This is the first time I've purchased a car and been 100% confident that I've made a good decision. On a personal note, Sam Moun is by far the best salesman I've ever dealt with. He was very informative and knowledgeable, but was also friendly and seemed human, normal, and decent. He had a quiet confidence in the product as well, where he knew he was selling something great, where if I did my research I'd agree (and I did). Besides making the entire experience enjoyable, Sam stayed late two days for me, and also came in on his day off just to make sure everything was set-up perfect on my new car. The financing experience was also better than I've experienced before. Casey presented the various options, and explained them very well. Between sitting down to sign the financial documents and walking out, it was probably 15 minutes. The most painless contract signing I've had. Overall, a great experience. And, I'll be back in a few thousand miles for an oil change (significant because I've never dealt with a dealer I wanted to return to). More

I wasn't sure what type of car I wanted or whether to lease or buy, and Heinrich was very patient with my questions and indecision! We love our new Mazda 5 mini-van (I call it a teeny-van) as it seats six, but is as fun to drive as a sporty car. The only thing I did not like about the buying process was that we were at the dealership for 5 hours to buy this car! That is too long for me. I would say about 1 hour of that was driving cars; 1 hour was my husband and I making decisions; and the rest was the dealership doing paperwork, computer stuff, and the finance person telling us all about why we should buy their extra warranty (which I had no interest in). I have usually found it takes about 3 hours at a dealership to buy a car, so 5 hours was exhausting. More

Sam took the time to explain all of the features of the CX-5 to my wife and after the paperwork was completed he even set up the Sirrius radio and connected her phone to bluetooth. It is obvious that Sam is dedicated to taking great care of his customers. The experience in dealing with O'Daniel Mazda and Sam was the best new car purchase I have ever had. Now I just wish I could trade in my old gas guzzler car for a new Mazda6! More
