Our previous two purchases from O'Daniel are still going strong (8 and 13 yrs later). This time we were looking for a used car. We continue to be very impressed by the dealership in general, and salesman Sam Moun specifically. Sam had done a great job helping us with our prior purchase and once again exceeded expectations. Great buying experience! We were pressed for time due to one of our vehicles being in an accident, and it being a very busy time at work. Within an hour of emailing Ryan, he had located a couple of vehicles that would meet our needs, and answered our questions via email. Later on in the day we drove to the dealership and Junior took it from there. Our questions were answered, we reached a decision, and the process concluded efficiently and in a friendly cordial manner! From presenting the need, to driving off the lot with the vehicle in less than 12 hours! More

I was able to submit a credit application online and spoke with Nick over the phone to process the credit application. I am rebuilding my credit so being able to have a pre-approval before I went to the dealership was important because I didn't want to spend hours looking for a car just to find out I couldn't get financed. They worked with me to get that pre-approval and once I arrived they worked with me to find the perfect car for my family. Thank you for your hard work! More

I eas I researched a vehicle make & model including accessories via Auto Trader.com which lead me to find the vehicle of my dreams at O'Daniel Mazda. I easily applied for credit online and recieved instant sales assistance within a few minutes by Heinrich Hilger; who I strongly recommend-very professional and friendly assistance. I was purchasing this car out of state and Heinrich very efficiently had the vehicle sale organized so that when I arrived to view the vehicle the purchasing process was very well organized and efficient, signed the contract with Finance Manager Dan Ringenberg, who was also very organized and efficient, and drove off with a beautiful car, AND I might add; the vehicle was beautifully detailed & spotless. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for great service and professional sales. More
