We have been married for 35 years and have never had such a positive buying experience as we did last weekend with Mitch. He asked us if we had time to look at a different model and we are so glad he did. It was a night and day experience driving the 2nd model and was just what we were looking for. Thank goodness he took the time to really listen to us and had the knowledge to guide us to the right car. He was super busy that day but never made us feel less important as he navigated his way between customers. The computer system was down and we know the whole crew was exhausted but they continued to help us with kindness and smiles. They make a great team and made the longer than usual process as enjoyable as possible. What was super impressive was that even though Mitch was super busy, and it was getting late, he still spent time guiding us through all the technology that our new car offers. We have never had anyone explain in detail all that Mitch did. He said he took great pride in making sure customers know all about their purchase and it was very evident. We are now enjoying our new CX-50, love its smooth ride and the fact we know all that it has to offer. We would hands down buy another car from you in the future Mitch! Thank you! More
