We purchased the Mazda CX-5 because our research proved that it was one of the best crossover models available. We purchased them at an Odaniel Mazda due to the positive experience that we have had for many years with the service department at that particular location. In addition to Jesse Moore and the many folks who work for and with him in the service department, I have the utmost respect for Junior Hammond who was our sales person, and was extremely helpful to us throughout the process. While I have known Jesse and Junior for many years, the dealership business manager, Dan Ringenberg rounded out what turned out to be a perfect experience for us. We ended up with two beautiful and efficient vehicles, at what we considered to be a very fair price, and due to our past experiences with the service department, we have no worries regarding the future care of our vehicles.....Thanks to all! My My experience with ODaniel Mazda couldn't have been better. I started looking for a vehicle about 8mos ago. I have owned many brands of vehicles. My most recent was a Rav 4 which I had for 11 years. It was going to take something extra for me not to buy another RAV4. Toyota was the first dealership I checked out. Sales people not impressive on three different occasions. When I went to ODaniels Matt was outstanding, he was very knowledge about the vehicle I was interested in. He was very honest about comparing vehicles, but never negative. Being a female I felt I was taken seriously and wasn't talked down to. Matt kept in touch over the next 8months, but was never bothersome. It was a difficult choice to make between the two vehicles. Having owned the Rav 4 and knowing how reliable and cost efficient it was I didn't know if the CX5 would compare. But, Matt won me over with his honesty, patience and knowledge.
