Pressure free experience, and great customer service. My wife and I have a pretty tight schedule during the weekday, and our hours make it impossible for us to really shop for a vehicle. So, Saturdays were the only days we had available and we had a few different vehicles we wanted to check out and possibly test drive. We actually came to this dealership first, then went and visited a few others. At this point we were pretty close to being done for the day as most of the dealership would be closing. But we drove back out to this dealership and hour before they closed, still wanting to test drive the vehicle and ask any questions we had about it. Turns out, the wife loved it, and despite being like 30 minutes to closing time, everyone needed to get a deal done happily stuck around until we signed for the vehicle. Sam Moun was excellent in the process, absolutely no pressure during the process which was a relief. And between him and Adam Heiser they were able to work with our needs and wants and get us the vehicle my wife really wanted. Then entire process was relaxing and stress free, everyone we dealt with seemed genuinely happy to help. Thanks for staying open just for us. Would recommend. More

From the moment I walked into the dealership service is what I got. This was mostly and mainly due to the salesperson I delt with. Jasmine Stippich was awesome! She never promised anything that she did not deliver. Nor did i ever get the vibe from her that she was only after a sale and would leave me high and dry after the sale was final. She was very attentive to my needs and was the epitome of service. She did an excellent job taking care of the small hiccup I encountered. If you are in the market for a vehicle and you want to deal with a "straight shooter", Jasmine is the one to see. Thanks again More

He got off at work at 2 and was working from home to get my loan approved and when every Nick bended over backwards for helping us get my dream car!!! Jasmine is patient and super friendly and laid back. She doesn’t give off the “sales” Vibe that you can find a auto dealers. Also she’s very quick to respond to calls or emails. Manager Nick was very friendly and took time to go over numbers and options with us. The waiting room is 5 Star! Comfy couches, popcorn machine, pop, tv, and play area. When you have kids with you, coming here to sign paperwork is a dream! Shoot even without kids! Highly recommend, enjoyed my experience! :) More

Buying a Used Car Sam Moun is wonderful to work with. I told him what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. After looking at some more expensive cars (and willing to purchase them), Sam suggested a Honda, which is what I really wanted. The car was less expensive, but it was exactly what I was looking for. He came in on his day off to finish the paperwork, went with me to return my rental car and also took me to the other dealership to retrieve items from my totaled car. I will always recommend O'Daniel Mazda and AutoMart, and Sam to anyone who is looking for a great car and fair pricing! More
