We found one at O'Daniel Mazda in the trim and powertrain configuration that we wanted. Given extensive internet research it was clear that their advertised price for the vehicle was very reasonable relative to other dealers throughout Indiana and Illinois. We initially contacted the dealership through email. The salesperson that responded was Heinrich Hilger. I contacted him by phone to get a bit more information about the vehicle, to determine the process for evaluating the car that we were trading, and to discuss financing options. Heinrich is very thoughtful, knowledgeable, and prompt. Heinrich was happy to provide me with any and all information from tire options to financing. I decided to take the day off of work to drive-up to Fort Wayne and see what kind of a deal we could put together. Heinrich joined me on the test drive while my current vehicle was being evaluated for its trade value. I was very impressed with how much he knew about the options and functionality of the vehicle and appreciated how he encouraged me to give the car a thorough test drive (on both city streets and on a highway stretch). When we arrived back at the dealership to discuss numbers I was surprised to discover that O'Daniel Mazda was offering me $1000 more for my trade than any other dealer I had considered. Again, having done my research I knew what my trade was worth, and their offer was very reasonable. I was then pleasantly surprised at how much lower the dealers fees were compared to what I had seen in Indianapolis. Given how fairly O'Daniel Mazda had both priced the CX-9 and had valued my trade, I happily made the deal with no need to haggle. Although my wife and I had qualified for a very favorable interest rate to finance the purchase, we saved so much money at O'Daniel Mazda that we opted instead to trade our current vehicle and pay the difference in cash. Frankly the experience was so outstanding that when the time comes to purchase our next vehicle I will contact Heinrich Hilger at O'Daniel Mazda first. More

I knew exactly what I wanted and even though it wasn't on their website I was confident that if they had what I needed no dealership would work harder to get it for me. So I was surprised when I found that they had exactly what I was looking for, They worked with me, and when they could have taken advantage of my circumstances, Nick went to bat for me and got me the car I needed at the only price I could afford. It felt honestly like the entire sales team was working 100% with me to get me the best possible deal. I will definitely go back the next time I am looking to buy a car. I won't say you have to shop there, but if you do, ask for Nick Whitworth and know that you can shop with complete confidence that he is not going to try and sneak anything past you. Good Experience & salesperson patience We want to the dealer to view a 2014 Cadillac SRX. We liked a gray one but it had some exterior marks on it. So we looked at two other SRXs; a black one and a bronze one. I went there 3xs to try the different cars. We decided we liked the gray one the best. Nick our salesperson got the exterior and some interior issues fixed. We got our own loan and they were ok with it. Only issue I have is the dealer should always provide 2 sets of keys once you buy the car. More

Once we found a car we liked, the manager Todd Jacquay was also extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He assisted us with making a decision that would get us the type of car we wanted for a reasonable price. When we left this dealership we felt great (which is not always the case). More
