Russ was very honest, great to work with, communicated and explained all details. He greeted me when I first walked into the dealership with a smile. We had an amazing experience with Russ, our salesman. He was so down to earth. No pushy sales tactics and we appreciated it. We had to wait a couple hours to see Lauren the finance manager because the He was so down to earth. No pushy sales tactics and we appreciated it. We had to wait a couple hours to see Lauren the finance manager because there were 2 people ahead of us but that's not anyone's fault. I think they sold 4 cars while we were there. I would highly recommend Odaniel Mazda to anyone looking to buy a car. We love our new Mazda and we eould buy from this dealer again. You got a top salesman in Russ. He is a gem. My wife and I assisted my son in purchasing a Mazda back in July. Luke Fiedler helped us with that purchase. Two days ago my wife and I purchased a CX from Matt Tillapaugh. Both Luke and Matt went all out in July. Luke Fiedler helped us with that purchase. Two days ago my wife and I purchased a CX from Matt Tillapaugh. Both Luke and Matt went all out to help us with both purchases. This time Matt spent 1 1/2hour helping my wife and I to understand many of the features in our new car. He is also loading some of my wife's CD's on a thumb drive so she can play them. Lauren O'Daniel was very helpful in closing the financial end of both deals. Thanks to ALL!! More
