He always had quick responses to my e-mail inquiries. His verbal and written resposponse were always easy to understand in layperson's terms. I requested Dan to assist with me trying to work with the covering party's insurance company due to their lack of responses to me. Dan did not hesitate. He was INSTRUMENTAL in moving forward this claim to fruition. He sent them the required requested information to them almost immediately. He completed my car ahead of schedule and the quality of work was great! Lastly, Dan is a very friendly and likable guy! I enjoyed talking to him very much! Great Trusted Service I always have my vehicles service at O'Daniel Ford. I brought my 2011 F-150 in recently for an oil change and thought I needed brakes, come to find ou I always have my vehicles service at O'Daniel Ford. I brought my 2011 F-150 in recently for an oil change and thought I needed brakes, come to find out I didn't need brakes. I was relieved that I didn't have to have brakes at this time.
