Fantastic, above and beyond I had problems with another dealer and was recommended to go to O'Daniel, everyone from the service manager (Mike) down to the shuttle driver was very I had problems with another dealer and was recommended to go to O'Daniel, everyone from the service manager (Mike) down to the shuttle driver was very professional. The service writer (Glenn) explained things about the car that I didn't know, the service manager (Mike) got us in fast and expecting them to have the car for 2 days, well, it was done in about 3 hours. The shuttle drive was friendly and professional. I didn't meet the mechanic, but he got it fixed in a short period of time. Can't say enough about the service I received. They earned my service from now on, even though I was a ways to drive. More

Not a very good experience I bought my first car at this dealership. All things were good until I had to take my car into service 3 times within the first 30 days of owning the I bought my first car at this dealership. All things were good until I had to take my car into service 3 times within the first 30 days of owning the car before they could tell me what the issue was. When they kept my car over night they gave me a car to drive and it was very unexeptable. It was a recent trade in that they did not clean at all. There was cups and trash from the previous owner in the car, and the smell of the car was horrible. After the service center could not tell me what was wrong with my vehicle they had no interest in helping me set up appointments I had to call another dealership myself. I will not purchase from this dealership ever again. More

GLEN CAMPBELL came to me described the issues, and identified my warranty would cover, all but the works package. Now that is service! I can't say enough about GLEN CAMPBELL, and MIKE LOTHAMER. They are the BEST. Its true when you hear about the great dealerships, ITS THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT, that keeps happy customer coming back! They have the best service and have me for life! This service department will treat you right! GREAT GUYS! If you need service these are the guys to come and see! More

Mike made a call and the service department called me first thing Monday morning and gave me a choice to bring in my SUV. my wife took it in later that same day and the service team promptly repaired the problem at no charge to me and the service manager even showed my wife some special features about the SUV. Had first hand proof that the service department lived up to the high and satisfying standards that we have been told about! HONEST RELIABLE TRUSTWORTHY PRIDE is how I would describe this dealership. ,VERY SATISFIED THANKS More

No one else touches my truck except them because they always exceed my expectations. I appreciate the superior expert treatment that we get but as important I appreciate the honesty and friendliness of their staff. Josh is awesome and keeps you informed every step of the way. In the world today where you constantly feel like you might be right be ripped off, it's hard to put trust in what people tell you -especially in car repair -- we never feel that way with O'Daniel.
