With my recent experience at other dealerships after speaking with Austin for just a few minutes it was obvious to me that I was speaking with someone with integrity. He listened and understood my concerns. He sent me all the information about the cars history and recent maintenance I knew it was a fair deal , I knew it was still over what I could afford and I understand that is sometime that is just the way it is I cant always get what I want. I appreciated so much his kindness, patience and understanding of my personal situation, It ended up I got a call from him with a price that I could pay. I do believe that he made an that extra effort to find a an affordable price for me and acceptable to O'Daniel so we could make a deal and we did, by the way this car was not a car they had been sitting on. I drove the 130 miles to close the deal and have a reliable car in excellent condition allows me to live within my budget and be safe on the road. That is when talked with Lauren O'Daniel who was as nice as they come with a great sense of humor could make me laugh, a bonus!
