I showed up at O Daniel Ford 11 years ago looking for a used vehicle on a black Friday. Mike Introduced himself, and proceeded to take great care in finding me the perfect vehicle that day a 2011 Explorer used vehicle on a black Friday. For 11 + years Mike has stayed in contact with me, I always received a birthday text every year and a check in from him to see how my vehicle was doing… As my vehicle was approaching 200,000 miles Mike has been on the lookout for a replacement… Last month Mike sent me a text with a picture and information on the perfect vehicle for me. He was absolutely right! I have had my new 2023 Ford Explorer for a couple weeks now and I absolutely love it!!! Mike was so patient with my indecision and my hesitation to get into a truck payment again… I would have to say that I am so very thankful for Mike and the way that he looked out for me like a brother… He was not pushy… I knew that he always had my best interest in mind! I have told Mike over the past several years that there is no way I would go to anyone else to buy a vehicle from… And I meant it …Mike is the best!!! He even took the time to drive me around in it so that I knew exactly how some of the new features, that I was not used to, would operate. Purchasing my new vehicle was very convenient, exciting and scary all at the same time but thanks to the team work of Mike and Johnathan, It was a smooth transition! Thank you to both Mike and Johnathan for their EXCELLENT service!!! Also, I would have to say that I am very impressed with the service team at O’Daniel Ford. I always took my 2011 Explorer to O’Daniel for everything that it needed… That might be why it is still running at 249,000 miles… It’s always nice to know that there is quality service and friendly technicians that will help you take care of your vehicle at O Daniel Ford!!!!
