Our overall experience with O'Daniel's team was outstanding. It started with an attentive, but not pushy salesman (Mike Pocci), and continued through the sales manager taking care of trade in valu outstanding. I drove by the lot and saw a vehicle that I was interested in so I stopped. The salesman always took me seriously, even though I did not show up with my husband initially. They were accomodating to our schedules and stayed in contact without being over powering. We were able to negotiate a price that all parties were comfortable with, and drove off of the lot as a happy customer. This is our first FORD purchase, as we have been a GM family in the past.
