Buying a car made easy I was shopping for a late model Ford Escape. I met Scott Oser and told him that I was interested in a used Escape. At the time, the low mileage us I was shopping for a late model Ford Escape. I met Scott Oser and told him that I was interested in a used Escape. At the time, the low mileage used Escapes in stock had more options than what I was looking for. I asked him about a new basic Escape S. We sat down and crunched numbers and worked on a what I was looking for if I traded in my current vehicle. Scott found an Escape S and I was pleased with the value they offered for my trade in and the selling price of my new Escape. When I took the delivery of the new Escape; we met with Mike Everson to arrange the financing. He was very efficient and it did not take long to sign all of the necessary paperwork. The title work to take to the license bureau arrived quickly and the visit to get the new registration went without a hitch. Scott and Mike made this car purchase a great experience! More

The Best I have purchased several new autos and used cars at this dealership and these guys do it right from sales to service . I have even used the body shop on occasion and the quality and workmanship has always been top notch. Service dept always goes out of there way and are extremely courteous and you wont leave unless your completely happy. They do go the extra mile to satisfy the customer. I've bought cars from California to florida and never found a dealership that treats customers this way. This dealership has that old school quality and ur treated the way a customer should be all the way from your purchase through the life of your purchase including excellent service I don't know why anyone would purchase an auto anywhere else. This is a family run business and your always treated as family. More

We had to decide the type of vehicle that would work best for our antique business and fit my 6'3" frame. After considering both transit vans (one was too low to the ground and other too big to fit in our garage), we went back to our old standby, and purchased another F150. This was our 5th Ford truck purchased in a row. Phil was very patient with us and showed us the advantages of all these great Ford products. His "boss", Jeff Lengerich was very helpful and courteous each time we visited the dealership. Also, during this time, my wife and I had five major surgeries between the two of us. Phil kept in touch during this almost two year period showing genuine concern and was never pushy. His kind and concerned emails and phone messages were much appreciated.
