Distrustful dealership This dealership is not honest. I purchased a used car from them, they were aware of problems that were involved with this car. They warrantied the c This dealership is not honest. I purchased a used car from them, they were aware of problems that were involved with this car. They warrantied the car for 3 months, 3000 miles. They heavily pushed the extended warranty which puts money in their pockets, and they can rid themselves of the vehicle. When I first learned of problems this vehicle had, they told me they had fixed the problems, but would not release the work orders. I drove this 3 month 3,000 mile warrantied car only 7 times in 2 months. The rest of the time it was in their shop or Ft Wayne Nissan. I e-mailed the owner, Jeff O'Daniel, and he ignored me. I called, got immediately directed to voicemail. After constant pressure from e-mail and phone calls, he finally responded. All he told me was that he was referring me to the Manager that I have had to deal with since November, when I purchased the car. Since I was relentless, O'Daniel agreed to extend my 3 month warranty to April. It was due to expire in February. I have a faulty tire pressure sensor, and I told the Manager about it. It did that from the beginning, and they claimed they fixed it. It was fine for 2 days then went out again. I called him, he blew me off. I wanted to know where the tires were purchased, they are new, I wanted warranty info on them, he blew me off. I tried to start my car today and it would crank but not fire. After 10 minutes it did. But, the service engine soon light came on. I called him, he said it was probably a sensor and they would not cover it. Blew me off again. As soon as the ink dries on the paper, don't expect them to back their cars. Never again will I buy a car from this company. BEWARE!! I was a sucker, don't be one too. I've rated their friendliness as poor. They are friendly until they get you to take a bite of the apple, then they are snakes. I'm sure if there is a lemon law in Indiana, they know it by heart. If the time limit runs out, the attitude changes. Avoid this company at ALL COSTS! More

I would have given this process a 5 star but I did not enjoy my visit to the finance department. I am happy for zero percent financing but when I said I didn't want any of the extras the man just wouldn't stop trying to sell me extras. This transaction still bothers me. More

Unethical I purchased a 2006 F-150 from Mike Pocci. I seemed like a really nice truck. Less than a week after purchasing the truck I noticed the truck was misfi I purchased a 2006 F-150 from Mike Pocci. I seemed like a really nice truck. Less than a week after purchasing the truck I noticed the truck was misfiring. This is common in this year of the model. It requires for a full tune up. This can be very pricey. After doing my research and looking into my options I found that I had to have a full tune up done. The dealership is obviously aware of this issue with model and year having issues. They never disclosed that this vehicle has never had this service done to it and it was way over due. I am assuming that is why the previous owner traded it in. I find it very had to believe the dealership wasn't aware of issues that were involved in this truck. They didn't hesitate to sell the truck knowing the issues the truck had. In short they sold me a lemon. Like a fool I took it to their service department to have the tune up done. They took me to the cleaners again, I wouldn't recommend buying any vehicle or taking any vehicle there for service. More
