Mike was the perfect salesman and a gentleman. He was informative, patient, attentive, and genuinely cared about my family's car needs. We were buying my daughter's first car. We wanted something reliable and safe, but not cost $$$$. I found the Escape on Cars.com and called Mike right away. After an hour of low stress negotiation, we drove off with her car and my daughter couldn't have been happier. Car buying is usually one of the worst experiences on Earth. This one was a pleasure.
