Easy and Quick Went to another Ford dealer in town. Wouldn't deal or even really talk to me and took forever to get my trade evaluated. Found the vehicle I bought on Went to another Ford dealer in town. Wouldn't deal or even really talk to me and took forever to get my trade evaluated. Found the vehicle I bought online and emailed. Kenny Miller emailed me back quickly and provided the information i needed. They were willing to deal (as they were able) and answered all the questions I had. I was on a tight schedule and they respected that, didn't do the "manager thing" and got down to business. We were able to reach agreement, the finance manager helped answer my warranty questions, and I was outa there. I would DEFINITELY recommend O'Daniel to anyone. More

I was helped by Phil, who first showed me the carfax history report, then cut me loose for a test drive. Phil was very friendly, but not at all pushy or pressuring. After initially rejecting their "best offer" and leaving, they called me back and we were able to compromise on a price. Overall it was as stress free as could be, and the people there were great.
