He was very nice and helpful throughout the process of waiting for the loan with my bank to go through. Phil was honestly super nice and caring. I definitely didn’t expect such an amazing experience. I’ve test drove a few cars in the past and have felt insane pressure to buy the car right away. But I definitely was encouraged to take my time if I needed to.
