Met Phil, who heard what we we Drove up to New Haven...from an hour south...to begin our used car search. O'Daniel had some good online pricing. Met Phil, who heard what we were looking for, an SUV, and let us test drive 4-5 over a few hour period. After each drive he would ask us what we liked, and what we did not. No pressure. Just hearing us out, helping us process. Once we arrived on an Escape we did our best to make a deal, but it was not to happen at that 1st visit. Over the course of the next week Phil and Ryan (Sales Manager) stayed in contact, and we ended up returning the following week to get our trade-in valued, and ended up making a deal. Phil guided us through that process as well, and even got the Escape washed, vacuumed and put some gas in before we left. He followed up with a phone call the next day - to make sure everything was good - and said he will follow up in 30 days, as well as every 6 months. In my opinion Phil was not your "typical" used car salesman, was very friendly, interacted well with my wife and daughter, got to know us, shared some of his "story" with us as well, and made a sale. We would definitely go back again. More
