Great Experience! I was undecided about trading in my beloved car, but decided to take a look at a new SUV just to see what I thought of Ford vehicles. I spoke to Phoen I was undecided about trading in my beloved car, but decided to take a look at a new SUV just to see what I thought of Ford vehicles. I spoke to Phoenix over the phone and told him my parameters. He worked with the new car manager to find something that met my (somewhat ridiculous) guidelines. At the dealership, I was not given the run-around that I have gotten at other dealerships. I drove the vehicle, I liked the vehicle, they gave me their best price up front, so I bought the vehicle. Phoenix was friendly and professional and made the experience fun. Ryan was also very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to everyone in the market for a new or used vehicle, especially those who get tired of the salesman "asking his manager" 5 times during negotiations. Great job guys! More

Great Sales Team! My only frustration was that the lot and showroom was COMPLETELY EMPTY on 10.23.17 at approximately 8:45-9:00 a.m. due to the entire sales staff atte My only frustration was that the lot and showroom was COMPLETELY EMPTY on 10.23.17 at approximately 8:45-9:00 a.m. due to the entire sales staff attending a meeting. After some wait time, I finally had a service person retrieve a sales rep for me. I am retired and had the time to wait but many people lead much busier lives and just don't have the time to wait for a sales rep to finish a meeting before being assisted! Meetings are great and much needed but it appears that these meetings become fruitless when conducted during normal business hours involving the entire staff which can result in potential/probable lost sales for the business and lost commissions for the employees. It would be advisable to schedule meetings before/after normal business hours. Note: Has anyone considered the impact with utilizing this company policy/practice and attempt to quantify its impact in lost sales and commissions as well as the frustrations, grief, disappointments, and inconvenience to the customers? (Again, I certainly was frustrated!) A change in company policy/practice regarding the scheduling of sales meetings would be highly recommended and would be beneficial to customers and employees alike! More

He inquired and spoke to Phoenix over the phone on Tuesday afternoon.
