To further complicate this, the vehicle was a surprise anniversary gift for my wife, so limited communication. Drove 200+ miles for the test drive and purchase. They added a new battery and tires, and I returned a week later to pick up the well detailed and plated car after hours, Kenny stayed late so we could get the car for a next day surprise. Buying a Mustang I found the O'Daniel Ford dealership tolerable for buying a used car. I knew going in, what car I wanted and what I wanted to pay. The salseman, Kenny, was polite and helpful, not "pushy. While I couldn't do much dealing, the price was firm, I did walk away with a car I wanted. The closing paperwork was done efficiently and promptly. More attention needs to be paid to the condition of the used cars for sale. I found paper trash in the cubicals, so the cleaning process needs to vie improved. I need to return the car for warranty work as a "puddle light" is not working properly. Another example of a car not being properly attended to. By working with Kenny and Josh the warranty issue is being quickly addressed. More

In the mean time, they worked out all of the financial details so that when we went back in, all we had to do was sign the paperwork and go!
