Phoenix greeted us in a non salesman like manner. Actually seemed like he really cared to help us out. He showed us multiple vehicles and focused on educating us rather than just selling. he was non pushy & really knows his stuff. I feel like I can go to him for any car issue. Mike made a call and the service department called me first thing Monday morning and gave me a choice to bring in my SUV. my wife took it in later that same day and the service team promptly repaired the problem at no charge to me and the service manager even showed my wife some special features about the SUV. Had first hand proof that the service department lived up to the high and satisfying standards that we have been told about!
