They have earned my business, especially with hassle-free experience my wife and I had in purchasing our vehicle. With the “busy” lives we all live today, with family and work obligations, Phil took control of the situation and got the job done. My wife and I appreciate the fact Phil listened and found the vehicle we wanted and even got the finance approval done before we ever showed up for our test drive. Ounce we arrived he had two vehicles for us to drive, but we settled on the first one we drove. Honesty and Integrity makes everything go a lot easier. Phil and the team at O’Daniel we’re not the usual high pressure sales we have experienced in the past. They simply listened to what we wanted, the payment we were looking for and delivered. Thanks again Phil! More
Not a very good experience I bought my first car at this dealership. All things were good until I had to take my car into service 3 times within the first 30 days of owning the I bought my first car at this dealership. When they kept my car over night they gave me a car to drive and it was very unexeptable. It was a recent trade in that they did not clean at all. There was cups and trash from the previous owner in the car, and the smell of the car was horrible. After the service center could not tell me what was wrong with my vehicle they had no interest in helping me set up appointments I had to call another dealership myself. I will not purchase from this dealership ever again. More

Traded vehicles I went to o'daniel in new haven, to look at vans and found a 2011 dodge grand caravan mainstreet. My salesmen was Pheonix nichols.. Up and Beyond I was having difficulty getting funded due to an accident which totaled my car (not my fault) but resulted in a payoff balance that needed to be rolle I was having difficulty getting funded due to an accident which totaled my car (not my fault) but resulted in a payoff balance that needed to be rolled over into a new purchase. Ryan and Ken worked hard to find a vehicle for me. Ryan went up and beyond, calling my insurance company to plead for my case and then working to find a vehicle that a lender would loan on as well as roll the payoff balance from the total vehicle. They were patient and encouraging and I drove away with a Ford 150, a truck I never thought I could afford. Ken has called and emailed to follow up to be sure everything is good with the purchase. Everybody I spoke and dealt with there was professional and great to work with. I would highly recommend them to others. More
Received an awful deal on a F 250 We saw the truck online and drove to Indiana to buy it. There was no real negotiation on price. Finance person asked me to sign a blank page. We paid cash and felt as if we were rushed through and not taken seriously. Pointed out problems with no offer to fix or guidance on what to do. Spent $700 on what the salesman’s claimed were minor repairs. The truck has a Broken leaf spring within a month of purchase. More

I initially drove onto the lot to gather information about leasing a vehicle since my current car was approaching 100K miles with many payments remaining. Why did I choose O'daniel Ford? The staff at O'Daniel Ford treated my wife so well during her two vehicle transactions there that I started taking my Jeep there for service 2 years ago and was impressed on that end as well. I was able to chat with Doug Taylor about my leasing questions and he explained the entire process and was tremendously helpful in giving me all the information necessary to make a decision without any pressure whatsoever. After our initial conversation, Doug and Sales Manager Brent Swartz crunched numbers and gave me figures on several vehicles. I test drove a couple vehicles and decided on one that fits my needs perfectly. Mike Everson explained financing and we got the paperwork done in minutes. I spoke with Service Manager Mike Lothamer who I've trusted with my family's cars as long as I can remember so I felt comfortable with the entire transaction. At O'Daniel Ford Mitsubishi, each time you drive on to the lot or walk into a showroom, you see the same familiar faces and and that means something in this day and age.
