Everything went smoothly Called Phoenix in the morning and asked if the vehicle we wanted to see was still available and if he had appointments open for that evening. He confirmed and we drove around with him that night. We dealt on price and asked if we could take the vehicle overnight to be seen by our mechanic. He said no problem, call me tomorrow with your decision. Up to this point we still haven’t signed anything. We came back the next evening with a check and drove away with our vehicle. First time at a major car dealership - Was very skepticle I drove 100 miles to view a car I had seen online at Odaniel Ford's New Haven, IN branch on Lincoln Hwy West. I had the pleasure to meet with Ryan Gu I drove 100 miles to view a car I had seen online at Odaniel Ford's New Haven, IN branch on Lincoln Hwy West. I had the pleasure to meet with Ryan Gustin in used car sales and checked out the 2011 Escape. It turned out not to be the car I wanted, so Ryan showed me three other Escapes in his inventory of which I found a 2009 that met my requirements and at the right price. During the road test, Ryan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and everything else in general. After the road test and a visual check of the car, I mentioned a few minor things that I believed needed attention prior to purchase. Each of the these I mentioned, Ryan assured me could be thoroughly fixed to my satisfaction. When I returned for the car, it was like a totally different vehicle. Their service department had fixed a noise in the undercarriage and the body shop had repaired the stone ding in the windshield to where it could barely be seen. They also had buffed out scratches and covered paint chips throughout the body. Ryan Gustin had ensured that everything he had promised was completed in a timely fashion, and maintained a continued communication with me during this time period. Him and his support team went above and beyond what I had expected out of a dealership. I would gladly drive the distance to purchase another car from them in the future, and totally recommend Ryan & Odaniel Ford to any others that are shopping for a new or used vehicle.
