He was very nice and helpful throughout the process of waiting for the loan with my bank to go through. Phil was honestly super nice and caring. I definitely didn’t expect such an amazing experience. I’ve test drove a few cars in the past and have felt insane pressure to buy the car right away. But I definitely was encouraged to take my time if I needed to. Purchased vehicle but left vehicle so our bank and them could work out the details. Once everything was good and since we were over two hours away Ken offered to meet us half way to deliver the vehicle which was great.
