Phoenix was ours sales person and he was very prompt to respond to my initial inquiry and set us up with an appointment to test drive. We made a 2 hr trip to visit this dealer so I appreciated that they were prepared for our appointment and the vehicle was ready to go. Phoenix was knowledgeable about the Explorer and showed us all of the features and even connected his own phone to demo the Apple car play system. He wasn’t pushy in his sale but did ask questions to get to know us and see if we liked the Explorer. Overall the experience buying from O’Daniel was very pleasant. Their prices are very reasonable and they offered a fair value for our trade. The only negatives to our experience were that they do not offer to fill your gas tank (only 1/3 tank and we had a 100 mile drive home) and they did not have time to clean and detail the car because it was too close to their closing time (which I understand, but maybe the vehicle could’ve been detailed before they have it on the lot for showing). I would certainly recommend this dealer and Phoenix, I feel like we got a lot of value in the purchase. More

Everyone was nice and answered my questions fine. I was astonished about how fast they examined my trade and offer me a reasonable and better trade deal then I ever received from other dealers. I was real pleased with My salesman Ethan, and The way he explained everything I needed to know about the new truck. If I asked a question about something, he did a great job of explaining it to me. Phil Swaidner was an excellent salesperson. He took the time to make sure my wife and I understood all the features of the new car we purchased and made sure we was an excellent salesperson. He also was extremely helpful in resolving an issue we had with the new car because we were not able to easily park it in our garage because of it's antenna. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Thanks Phil and Ryan Drove up to New Haven...from an hour south...to begin our used car search. O'Daniel had some good online pricing. Met Phil, who heard what we were looking for, an SUV, and let us test drive 4-5 over a few hour period. After each drive he would ask us what we liked, and what we did not. No pressure. Just hearing us out, helping us process. Once we arrived on an Escape we did our best to make a deal, but it was not to happen at that 1st visit. Over the course of the next week Phil and Ryan (Sales Manager) stayed in contact, and we ended up returning the following week to get our trade-in valued, and ended up making a deal. Phil guided us through that process as well, and even got the Escape washed, vacuumed and put some gas in before we left. He followed up with a phone call the next day - to make sure everything was good - and said he will follow up in 30 days, as well as every 6 months. In my opinion Phil was not your "typical" used car salesman, was very friendly, interacted well with my wife and daughter, got to know us, shared some of his "story" with us as well, and made a sale. We would definitely go back again. More
