Excellent service I saw the car I was interested in online then decided to take a drive to the dealership to see it in person. I test drove two different cars that rainy and windy day and Phil patiently listened to me as I went through my pros and cons with each car. I needed the weekend to think about it and he understood that and gave me all the info I needed to help in my decision. He told me to take the time i needed and that if I had more questions I could reach out to him on Sunday. I ended up calling him first thing Monday morning. Within a few short hours the Ford Explorer was mine! Phil was even so kind enough to move my belongings from my old car to my new car. That’s customer service at its finest!
