He did this not to pressure us into something we didn't want, but to gather info needed to make a purchase go smoother and faster had we found the Escape to our liking. We did indeed buy that Escape and enjoy it very much, despite the leap in technology we had to get used to. If we were disappointed in anything, it was the amount we got for our trade-in. I'm also aware no one is ever happy with their trade-in amount, everyone always feels they should've gotten more. But in the end, you either get a lot for your trade-in or the dealer discounts your purchase: one never gets both. And in the end, we were very happy with the bottom line. Mike Everson in finance wrote up and explained all the paperwork to us and introduced us to an excellent extended warranty plan which we decided fit our needs. Both Phil and Mike are assets to O'Daniel Ford. The Escape is everything we expected and these two men made it happen. More

Great experience I had been occasionally looking for a particular style of car for about a year. I searched my local dealerships initially without success. I began l I had been occasionally looking for a particular style of car for about a year. I searched my local dealerships initially without success. I began looking on-line, kind of a scary thought! After a few tries, I began seeing a couple of automobiles in the style I wanted. I responded to an ad from ODaniel Ford to confirm details of the auto. We drove about 70 miles to this dealership. Phoenix met us outdoors when we drove up, brought the vehicle around to us and later we bought it. Phoenix and the entire staff were smiling and seemed to be enjoying their workday. He was informative and knowledgeable of the vehicle data, showed us paperwork regarding this vehicle. I read a folder with recent reviews of the dealership and Phoenix.
