Great Place to buy a great used car I emailed Odaniel through the Cras.com website. I was contacted almost immediately and setup an appt to drive the car I was interested in. I had to re-schedule once and they totally understood. The Salesman was Kenny Miller. Great guy, no high pressure, knows the cars on the lot and works well with his manager. Best Experience Ever with a Dealership!!!!! First of all, this was the best experience I have EVER had walking into a dealership. I found the vehicle I was interested in online and posted intere First of all, this was the best experience I have EVER had walking into a dealership. I found the vehicle I was interested in online and posted interest, received a call about it, and Phoenix had it ready and waiting for me to test drive. My situation was a little complicated due to being in a rental because my current trade-in was in the shop. This was no problem to them! I loved the truck, they did all of the paperwork and worked with the shop that had my car, and did the trade-in perfectly. I was able to drive off with the truck only a couple days later, hassle free, and very happy with financing and insurance add-ons thanks to Mike. Also, the price of the truck was well below any competition within hundreds of miles and it had everything I wanted and more. Overall, I WILL be going back to O'Daniel Ford for purchases in the future and hopefully dealing with Phoenix again. Could not be happier with everything him and the dealership did to make it as smooth as possible. More
