He makes the entire experience very comfortable which is huge with me as I stress over large purchases very bad. I have met a lot of sales men who are very pushy and he is the opposite. He listens to what you would like and goes from there. He also does a very good job of follow up to make sure you are satisfied. Very thankful for all of his help and love my new Jeep.
