Excellent Service I stopped in on a Friday 7 minutes before closing time after 2 prior hours of test driving at other dealerships. I felt bad because it was closing ti I stopped in on a Friday 7 minutes before closing time after 2 prior hours of test driving at other dealerships. I felt bad because it was closing time, but I really wanted to see this car. Mike welcomed me in. He did not rush me. Instead of asking me to come back the next day, he offered to let me keep the car overnight. In addition to that he gave me his cell number and email address and answered all my additional inquiries that Friday and next Saturday morning before I returned to the dealership. Needless to say, I bought the car the next day. That was no easy process either. Brent, the finance manger, took his time. He answered all of my questions. He made sure I understood everything. He gave me time to weigh my options and even through in a couple bonuses. He was EXTREMELY patient with me. Before I left Mike allowed time for me to ask any questions about my new vehicle. He showed me how to sync my phone. To top it all off I left with a full take of gas. More

I test drove two different cars that rainy and windy day and Phil patiently listened to me as I went through my pros and cons with each car. I needed the weekend to think about it and he understood that and gave me all the info I needed to help in my decision. He told me to take the time i needed and that if I had more questions I could reach out to him on Sunday. I ended up calling him first thing Monday morning. Within a few short hours the Ford Explorer was mine! Phil was even so kind enough to move my belongings from my old car to my new car. That’s customer service at its finest!
