From beginning to end, our experience was a very positive. It was relaxed with John going out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of with any request and questions. John was probably the best auto sales person we have ever encountered and Mike was probably the best auto financial person we have ever sat down with. We are in our mid-sixties and as a nontraditional couple, we have experienced some definite discrimination in the past with other Fort Wayne area car dealers. We felt zero here. We will definitely start with this dealership the next time we car shop and are looking forward to them meeting our service needs. More
