We are very happy with the car. Phoenix had alot of knowledge on the different vehicles we test drove. He had great communication and was available weekends and afternoons. Mike Pocci, the man, the legend. Mike made my purchase extremely easy. I flew in from Texas, he met me at the airport in my new truck. We went to dealership and signed paperwork. my new Ford Edge I was unsure if I was going to buy, lease or do nothing. John was very patient. We met several times over the last 2 months, sorting through the pro I was unsure if I was going to buy, lease or do nothing. John was very patient. We met several times over the last 2 months, sorting through the pros/cons of lease versus buy. I was given the opportunity to take car's home for a test drive, which I did several times as I worked through the colors and options. The sales, service and parts teams at O Daniel Ford in New Haven have "integrity" which is often in short supply in today's world. That's what sold me to get a new car from O Daniel Ford. Michael Pocci is an awesome guy to work with. He made the interaction of buying a car super stress free. Even though we didn't close on our first deal( no fault of his) the second deal was even easier and no interaction of buying a car super stress free.
