Jennifer Hull at O’Daniel Ford in New Haven was AMAZING. She made purchasing my newly used vehicle a breeze. Because I purchased a used Jeep Wrangler, there were things that I wanted replaced in order to be comfortable purchasing (brakes, tires, and rotors) and Jennifer made it happen! I’ve purchased my last three vehicles from O’Daniel and I honestly have zero plans of purchasing anywhere else. I am a Supply Chain Manager and Customer Manager so I know great genuine customer service when I experience it and Jennifer is just that! I also had the pleasure of meeting a really awesome finance professional, Justin as well! He even recommended a church that I could visit at the end of the meeting.
