We very recently purchased a Ford Fusion from your Illinois Rd. location and were very fortunate to have Keith Hall as our salesman. Keith could not have been more friendly and helpful in our purchase.After only a couple weeks of having the car the emmission control light came on even though we didn't notice any performance issues with the Fusion. We called Keith and explained the situation to him and he immediately got to work on the info. we needed to get the car serviced and who we should contact at the New Haven Ford store. He also arranged for my wife to have a loaner car so she wouldn't miss any work while the car was in service. Our contact at the Ford store was Glen(didn't get his last name)who also couldn't have been more friendly and helpful.Dave Carrol also was instrumental in both our purchase of the Fusion as well as the service we needed. In summary, the O'Daniel dealerships at both Illinois Rd. and New Haven can be very proud of these gentlemen who we have had the pleasure to work with since we've purchased our Fusion. Keith is a unique individual and we look at him now not so much as a car salesman but as a friend always willing to help in any way he can. Dave and Glen deserve accolades as well for their dedication to your customers. We are just so impressed with O'Daniels and you can be sure we will let our friends know about the "top notch" service we have received. They don't get any better than the crew at Odaniels. Attitude reflects leadership. It starts with the service Manager, Randy Powell, and filters right on through to the cashier who checks me out. Randy's staff reflects the professionalism and courtesy that are so often missing in todays customer service businesses. I would and have recommended O'Daniels many many times. The service staff is courteous and thorough. If I call for routine maintenance, they always remind me of what services are due. If I call for a specific issue, they take the time to get to the root of the issue. My vehicle is always done, done right, and on time. I have experienced service beyond the call of duty many times. At one point, we couldn't find the cause of a phantom noise. It stopped everytime I brought it near the dealership. They never made me feel stupid and persevered with me. Finally when it was making the noise I drove straight to ODaniels, and without a prior appointment, my mechanic was summoned by Jenny, who then promptly got in the vehicle with me and went for an impromptu diagnostic ride. He was able to hear and identify the noise, and it was fixed as good as new within the week. Many people feel that dealership service is costly and less than personal. I feel that you get what you pay for and the peace of mind that I have in knowing that I have a service department that cares about me and that I can trust is totally invaluable.
