Tranbsmission repair Conventional wisdom would tell you not to take your van to a dealership for any transmission work, and this is something I believed until I met O'Dani Conventional wisdom would tell you not to take your van to a dealership for any transmission work, and this is something I believed until I met O'Daniel in Fort Wayne, IN. Their service manager put my mind at ease as relates to their level of professionalism and expertise in transmission work, and he was absolutely right. I got my van back and the rebuilt transmission works as well if not better than new. Additionally, I got all new OEM parts to boot. Thanks O'Daniel. I'd send anyone your way. More

Since I started becoming disabled from my ALS, I have had a wide variety of experiences and your employees excelled in their sense of compassion as they took care of me. James Meyer answered the questions I had and gave me assurance that they would take care of whatever problems I had. The senior technician, Tony Crawford, joined James to assist with my questions and even installed the seat trim, that I had ordered and came to pick up, at no cost while I waited! And Geina Hissong....what a remarkable young lady she is! She knew that I was struggling to stand at the counter and walk any distance so she suggested I have a seat and she would come to me for signatures and to process payment. Most people that I encounter are truly oblivious to the needs of people with mobility problems but not these people. They saw, they noticed my struggles to stand and walk, and they made every effort to minimize my difficulties and serve me beyond the call of duty. Greg O'Daniel, I hope you know how valuable these three employees are. Do what it takes to keep them and hire more just like them! More
Disorganized and incompetent I had an appointment to get a windshield replaced ,that I originally was told was under warranty as my vehicle is a 2015. I spoke with the service dep I had an appointment to get a windshield replaced ,that I originally was told was under warranty as my vehicle is a 2015. I spoke with the service department three times and they assured me that they had the windshield I needed and spoke with the glass replacement co. The service dept also told the glass replacement co that it was a warranty job. I even called the morning of my appt, as I live an hour away from the dealer, and my appointment was confirmed. I arrived at ODaniels to be told that 1. The repair was not under warranty and would cost me out of pocket and 2. The windshield they ordered had been used for someone else. Thanks for nothing- total waste of time. I then received a call from the manager after I complained. He proceeded to talk to me like I was stupid and explained why glass cracks.....really?? Thanks for wasting my time again Professor. More
