In November 2020 I traded in my truck on an SUV. Brett Paul did everything he could to get me a great trade in value, but also was able to make the price of the SUV affordable. I really tried to love the Paul did everything he could to get me a great trade in value, but also was able to make the price of the SUV affordable. I really tried to love the SUV, but I honestly was missing having a truck: it was just more convenient. I did what most people dread on doing, I traded my SUV that I only owned for 7 months back to the dealership that I purchased it from. I was afraid that I would not be able to financially make it work, but Brett assured me that he would do everything that he was able to, to get my family back into a vehicle that we loved. Brett was able to not only give me a great trade in offer, but was able to find me a truck that was had every option available on it. I am more than thrilled with both Brett and the whole O'Daniel team. I hope that I do not get the urge to trade in this truck anytime soon, but I know that if I need him, Brett will answer my call and will give me the same service he has always provided: world class. Thanks again Brett! More

I took my Pontiac Torrent in because it was having engine trouble. From the beginning, Bobby was extremely helpful, courteous, and informative. When our new Mazda was recently involved in an accedent ODaniels body shop made the repairs. The car is again like new. Repaired promptly and expertly. They even delivered it back to my home. They were able to get some things I needed done on my newly purchased pre-owned vehicle. I was a little disappointed that they were not able to fix my head lamp. One day into my purchase my headlamp was newly purchased pre-owned vehicle. I was a little disappointed that they were not able to fix my head lamp. One day into my purchase my headlamp was full of water. I asked them to repair. They would not approve it. Oh well buyer beware. My salesman tried but they did not budge. Oh well buyer beware. I’m from Ohio. Land of the Wrangler builds. I originally did not go to buy a new car. I went to look at the Orange Jeep Gladiator that was sitting behind the building but decided to look at Jeeps while I wa did not go to buy a new car. I went to look at the Orange Jeep Gladiator that was sitting behind the building but decided to look at Jeeps while I was there. While looking Elizabeth approached and let me test drive this one as well as the grand Cherokee I was looking at. She wasn’t pushy and didn’t try to talk me into buying one. But I asked her to run a quote on this and she did without running my credit score. I couldn’t help but get it at the price I wanted. I’m a new owner of a Jeep Wrangler and would recommenced this delearship and Elizabeth. Ask for her. More
