Firstly, as of January 2, 2024, we have not received any concerns or reports about the workmanship on your vehicle. We strive to maintain transparency and communication with all our customers. Regarding the initial estimate, it was formulated based on the information provided by Jennifer Ramey, who brought the vehicle to our facility. The estimate was derived from her verbal description of the damages, particularly the impact on the spare tire mounted on the rear tailgate. It's important to note that the repair process is governed by the estimate provided by the insurance company, in this case, State Farm. Their representative personally inspected the vehicle and issued an estimate based on their observations and discussions with you, the vehicle owner. We followed the directives of State Farm as they are the paying entity in this situation. Any additional or supplemental repairs were communicated to State Farm for their approval and subsequent payment. I understand your concerns about the damaged wheel. Unfortunately, it's a discontinued item, and as such, we couldn't replace it. However, my understanding is that State Farm provided compensation to address this issue. Regarding the top of your Jeep, we were not made aware of any damage or issues concerning its usability. Neither the State Farm representative nor the vehicle owner reported any damage to the top during their inspections. The top was never removed during the repair process, and any potential damage from the impact was not observed by any party involved. Communication is crucial in situations like these, and we regret any misunderstandings or oversights that may have occurred. We always aim to work collaboratively with both the vehicle owner and the insurance company to ensure a satisfactory resolution. We value your feedback and would welcome the opportunity to discuss this matter further to address any remaining concerns.
