This place is an absolute joke in every way, shape, and form. I purchased a used vehicle in October of 2023. Within 3 days, I noticed it was shaking when driving over 60mph. I took it in and they said it was probably wheel balancing, so they rebalanced it. That didn't fix it. Then I had to bring it back in for a recall, and asked them to look again. They didn't. I took it in again for an oil change/alignment and asked them to specifically look for this issue, and possibly the CV Axles. I also mentioned my tires are balding prematurely due to whatever this issue is (I had new tires when I purchased the vehicle), which Greg agreed that they are balding. They said it was fine, and obviously that was not the case. I called again, they looked at it and decided to replace the CV axles. I paid a $200 deductible, took it back in to get them replaced, and it did not fix the issue. I took it back in and FINALLY they realized that the inner diameter of my wheel and the outer diameter of my axle had a significant gap, meaning all of the weight of my vehicle was resting on only the bolts on my wheel hub, and that my rims were manufactured out of round. Keep in mind, they sold me the vehicle this way after doing their 120-whatever multi-point inspection. I was told I would have to purchase new rims, to which I protested. After probably 5 conversations, they agreed to cover the cost of the rims. When asked about the tires, they told me they wouldn't help with that. Greg never asked anyone about it. Instead, after months of mentioning my tires were deteriorating at a rapid speed (I put less than 10k miles on brand new tires and they are in need of replacement at this point, I can see Lincoln's head), I finally get ahold of the one person who is worth a xxxx at this place, Sarah. She agreed to put my $200 deductible toward the cost of new tires, to which I agreed. They quoted me and were trying to charge me for an alignment as well, though my rims had just been replaced a month prior. I spoke with Tom, the new Service Manager, and told him that I have been mentioning for months that this issue is causing tire damage, nobody followed through with this concern, and he agreed to work with me on the cost of the alignment. I needed new tires before winter, considering if there's a light dew on the ground when I drive my tires slip, so I agreed and set up a time. When I went in to get my tires replaced, I also asked them to look at my headlight and quote me for a replacement, as my neighbor had backed into my car a few weeks ago. I asked them to only do this if there was no cost, as I did not want to pay them for a quote that any body shop would quote for free. They called, told me how much it would cost, and that they could do some extra investigating if the removed the fascia on my bumper, but that would cost over $300. So I declined. When I arrived to pick my vehicle up, I had a charge for $133 to look at my headlight. When I brought this to the attention of Greg and Tom, they shrugged it off as if they had gotten away with something. So essentially they found a way to charge me for the alignment anyways. At this point, I have been dealing with their xx for 12 months without a single positive interaction, terrible follow through, misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis, wasted time, taking time off of work, losing money, etc. I had to pay the $133 to get my vehicle back so I paid it. This entire service department is a joke. Not a single thing was done correctly through this entire process. It took at least 7 or 8 visits to get something completely fixed that had been a problem from day 1. Unless you have a coupon for free services here, do not go to this place. I wouldn't purchase a vehicle from them either, because they clearly don't perform basic inspections like making sure the rims fit on the xxxx vehicle. Nobody can be contacted. They should be ashamed of the way they perform business and treat their customers. Stay far, far away. More

Service department would not take responsibility for their warranty. It all came back on us as it was our fault for a what happened to a blown head gasket they replaced last year in 2023.. Do not have this dealership service department work on your vehicle. You'll get stuck with cost of their warranty. They should of covered.. Not sure how you can drive a vehicle with a thermostat closed and overheating??? Please explain.. More
We chose this repair facility as they did a thorough evaluation. We picked up our Jeep and the top was completely bent. They wouldn't consider repairing anything the insurance appraiser didn't put on evaluation. We picked up our Jeep and the top was completely bent. Wheel still damaged, top unusable, and water inside jeep. HORRIBLE workmanship and it took 2 months. More

Pat has been so helpful when I was looking for help getting a new vehicle, and again when I was having trouble with my Jeep and needed to get it serviced.
