Very Professional I walked into O'Daniel Chrysler Jeep Ram on a Friday morning with a quote from another dealer and they were willing to discuss meeting the price rathe I walked into O'Daniel Chrysler Jeep Ram on a Friday morning with a quote from another dealer and they were willing to discuss meeting the price rather than relying solely on maximizing their return. They were sincerely interested in the business I was bringing into their showroom and didn't attempt to dissuade me from the vehicle I wanted nor try to sell me a similar vehicle already on their lot. Within 15 minutes I had an agreement that they would do more research on the vehicle I wanted as it was a new model that had just come available for order. I returned later in the evening right when they were closing and they still took the time to work with me on building an order and used the numbers I came in with to create an acceptable quote that worked for both parties. I had an agreed upon price within 30 minutes and an order for the newly designed JL Wrangler by the following Monday. Everyone was very friendly and genuine with regards to ensuring my experience was a positive all the way through the vehicle delivery 18 days later. More
