I was in contact with 10 other dodge dealers within a 180 mile radius searching for the right car at the right price and those 3 at Odaniel were the only crew that made it happen. He never pressured me or my wife. He was upfront and honest about the vehicle we were looking at and our trade. I appreciate his warm and friendly demeanor. I will definitely go back to him and O'daniel for any future vehicle purchase and will/have recommend them to my family and friends. They gave me a great price for my trade and were very reasonable on the price of the van I bought. I also liked working with Casey Costello in finance. Again, no pressure- and it's his job to get you to buy the "extras". This is the experience a customer expexts when buying any product but rarely gets.
