We began searching the Internet to try to find one just like it. We found the perfect replacement at O'Daniel Chrysler Dodge, Jeep Ram. The C Max was a 2014, low mileage, and was the perfect color. Even though O'Daniel's was 450 miles away from Murfreesboro, TN, We began by requesting information and were contacted by Shawn McSweeney. He could not have been nicer, and walked us through what we would do in order to move forward with a purchase. When we learned how much she would receive for her car, we had to very quickly plan to get the paperwork done, and then make a trip to Ft. Wayne. My daughter began working with Andrea Laux to complete paperwork. Neither Shawn nor Andrea were pushy, or anything but lovely to deal with. On the day we headed up to pick up the car, the weather was perfect. We arrived later than we meant to, about 2:30, and were afraid we'd miss Andrea, as we knew she had to leave at that time. A very nice associate walked us over to her office, as we had gone to the wrong building. Andrea was still there, but had to quickly leave, however she still stayed to walk us over to meet Shawn and arranged for another associate to finish the paperwork. Shawn had my daughter drive the car, and she couldn't have been more pleased with it. He then walked us over to Casey Costello in accounting to finish the paperwork, who was also a great guy to work with. In short, buying a car from this team of professionals was well-worth the drive. We would absolutely not hesitate to do it again! The best car-buying experience in my life, bar none! More
