Very happy! I was dreading the process of buying a vehicle. I hadn't purchased a vehicle in over 10 years and I was on a strict budget. I feel I was lucky to have Shawn McSweeney on the sales side walk me through everything I needed to do to make my purchase. He rode along on the test drive and explained all the extra's on the vehicle. He was very patient and answered all my questions. I purchased a used, 2010 Chevy Avalanche. I love this truck! Thank you Shawn for everything!! He went above and beyond and even called the person that traded the truck in and asked if they had the extra key fob for the truck and made arrangements to have it mailed to me. Shawn then handed me off to Andrea Laux in finance. She explained everything and was very patient - I had lots of questions. She made me feel at ease and understood what a big decision this was! My parents were concerned with price while I was concerned with the body of the vehicle and features. Jeff was able to bring both things to the table for us without trying to force anything we didn't want. I love the smaller SUV style and drive that I found in the Compass, and Jeff was able to make us a great deal in our price range. Brandon also briefly helped us while Jeff was not in part of the day we were there, and he too did an amazing job.
