I don't always buy a car, but when I do, I call Ashley Motz. On July 17th our Honda was destroyed in a traffic accident, we had been searching for a replacement ever since. My experiences with used car dealers during this time were mostly negative, I had resigned myself to purchasing a vehicle from a private party. When I saw a Honda Ridgeline posted on fb marketplace, I sent a message to the listed seller (Ashley Motz). After asking a few questions, I realized that this car was also in a dealer's inventory. I hesitated, but (so far) Ashley had been very straight forward with me. She answered all of my questions, and she had not pressured me at all. Later that day, I stopped in (after business hours) to O'Daniel's, I wanted to take a peek at this vehicle which sounded like a very promising prospect. I was very impressed with the Ridgeline, I made contact with Ashley, and we settled on a time for us to meet the next morning. I must say that from that point forward, everything went exceptionally well. Ashley put me at ease right away, I never felt any pressure, I had no trust issues with her, It was a pleasant experience. He knew I had been anticipating the release of the Gladiator for quite some time and made sure to let me know as soon as the first one hit the lot. I just had to wait patiently for the Punk’n color to come out (the best color combination). He went above and beyond in saving me a limited release tool in the shape of the Gladiator. Knowing something like this would mean a lot to me. He even stayed after hours to deliver my Jeep to me the day before the holiday weekend and had the clean up crew have my truck standing tall. The process went smoothly. I love my new Jeep Gladiator and will continue to send folks to see Jeff. More
