Although Greg was nice and very knowledgeable, we did have to wait over an hour for the paperwork sit down. This caused my husband to miss a considerable amount of work. In the future, please consider using an online based signing program so your customers don't have to spend 3+ hours purchasing a vehicle. More

I rarely write a review about anything, but I feel compelled to after my experience at the O’Daniel Jeep Dealership. I was thrilled with my experience and with my purchase. I have been planning my next vehicle purchase/lease for weeks. I researched dealerships, carvana and other online services. I’m so glad I stopped in at O’Daniel. I wanted to deal with a dealership close to home, but I figured the deal wouldn’t be as good. Salesman Justin Harding proved me wrong. He described himself as an advisor instead of a salesman. I was skeptical. But he was right. He guided my decision on whether to purchase my current Compass or lease/purchase a new Jeep Cherokee. I didn’t feel pressured. Instead I felt informed and I was very pleased with my monthly payment and the Jeep Grand Cherokee I leased. I was also impressed with the professionalism and friendliness of the manager who finished the paperwork. I believe they call him “Tex.” He explained warranties and the fine print well. Thank you.
