I have my VW Tiguan at O'Steen since I bought my car in 2021. I have always received excellent service. Anthony T. is the best senior service advisor. The wait is a bit long for an oil change and tire rotation but understandable since it's always busy on a Saturday. Will definitely purchase my next VW at this dealership. More

I contacted O'Steen VW to inquire about a late model Mercedes Benz. Marquis emailed me and told me it was available and he can assist me with any questions that I might have. Most of the time, dealer sales rep wanted you to show up first then talk about numbers. Marquis was upfront in pricing and he even gave me a military discount for a used car. We are now enjoying the MB SUV thanks for Marquis and O'Steen. More
